What is the Exchange & Return Policy?

The exchange and return periods for goods are divided into two categories:

  • Exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receipt without providing any reason.

  • Exchange or return for defective products within 30 days from the date of receipt.

First: Exchange or Return Within 14 Days Without Reason

The customer has the right to exchange or return the product and receive a full cash refund without providing any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, while bearing any applicable costs.

Exceptions:

The customer may not exercise the right of exchange or return in the following cases:

  • If the product has been damaged due to misuse.

  • If the product has been used.

At Jessica, we are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience.

If we have sent you the wrong product, if the product is defective, or if you changed your mind after payment, we are happy to accept returns free of charge, provided that:

  • The products are in their original packaging.

  • The product shows no signs of use (*).

(*) This condition does not apply to defective products.

Important Notes:

Products are not eligible for return if the damage is caused by misuse or if they have been used.
